Finca Siboney is located in the mountains about 35 km SW of San José, just outside the center of of Santiago, Puriscal, in the village of La Legua. The finca comprises 47 acres (20 hectares) and is a working farm with approximately 4 hectares under coffee production, 2 hectares with caña (sugar cane) and cameroon grass (for horse feed) and 6-8 hectares of grazing land for horses. There are two small rivers (quebradas) on the property with year-round water and from one, water is pumped to the stable area.

The main house (350 sq. mtr), (completed 1995) is built in Santa Fé style with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, large open kitchen with fireplace and large living /dining room, also with fireplace and opening on to a terrace overlooking the mountains towards the Pacific.
